Pakenham Bowls Club, further referred to as: (The Club) does not hold or collect details through its web site.

Members Details

The Club hold our members details in a restricted Administration privilege closed system with our State body Bowls Victoria. Their privacy policy can be viewed here:  Bowls Victoria Privacy Statement

Pakenham Bowls Club will at no time reveal, rent, share, license, give, or sell to a third party, any member or social media commentary. The Club will however, contact you if  The Club is requested to provide your details by a legal entity for criminal or legal reasons, as requested by a Court.

Removal of your personal information

You can request at any time to have your details removed from The Club’s  Social Media comments sections or remove them yourself. This request must be received as hard copy in writing, signed and certified by the person concerned and provide a contact telephone number for confirmation purposes.
