Function Room Hire
Our clubhouse is available for hire, for private functions such as birthday parties (30+), wedding anniversaries, weddings, corporate meetings, engagement parties & Christmas parties, which could incorporate bare foot bowls.
There is secure off street parking.
Function Room Hire Cost

A bond is required, prior to the start of the event. It will be handed back at the completion of the event if no damage is done to the premises and surrounds.
The cost of hire includes
- Use of commercial kitchen, which includes all utensils.
- The function room can seat up to 160 people comfortably.
- There is a very large parquetry flooring dance floor. The function room has a large screen television plus a speaker system with a roving microphone.
Our fully stocked licenced bar would be open with bar staff provided.
- No BYO drinks are permitted
- Last drinks will be called at 11.15pm and the bar will close at 11.30pm
All patrons must exit by 12am
- The premises must be cleaned and tidy by the time you leave.
The Pakenham Bowls Club is situated in a residential Zone and the Cardinia Shire Noise Policy restrictions apply to this club. These restrictions are adhered to by all PBC staff, and must be adhered to by entertainers, function organisers and their guests, as well as the general public. PBC respects and welcomes all visitors to our club, regardless of race, religion, gender or sexuality.
Please be considerate and respectful of this when planning your function at all times whilst at the club No external beverages ( Including alcoholic and / or non-alcoholic ) can be bought onsite.
The venue must be left in good order – in as clean and reasonable state as it is presented to you.
All waste material ( rubbish and recycling ) must be placed in the appropriate receptacles.
