How to Lodge a Complaint or Grievance
Sometimes we know that issues may arise in a club between members or even disagreements with processes etc.
What you should do if you wish to put in a complaint or grievance to the Club.
All complaints or grievances must be in writing and emailed to the Pakenham Bowls Club email: pakenhambowlingclub@bigpond.com the process from there will be:
- Complaint received by email or handwritten/typed and posted to the club (see Contact Us page for address)
- Complaint recorded and listed for the next Board Meeting
- Complaint passed on to President
In the interim between when we receive the complaint and the Board meeting, you may be contacted prior to the Board meeting by the President.
Please bring any problems to the Board so they can be addressed as quickly as possible.
